[Exim] My ignorance of DNS and lack of time

has lead to this issue. The DNS was recently upgraded to 8.2.2, and it
seems to have caused issues with the DNS that is rejecting mail. The
mail server is dealing with 4 class C's. The server does not reolve a
number of address's properly and since I am not the person to be fixing
the DNS, and am the one to be getting the mail working, I must solve
this soon. So my question is, would this be valid:

host_accept_relay = xxx.xxx.xxx.* : xxx.xxx.xxx.* : xxx.xxx.xxx.* :
xxx.xxx.xxx.*

Is there something else I have missed?
