[Exim] HELO problem

Hi All,

i have a very strange problem and i'll be very happy for some help
troubleshooting it.

when im connecting to port 25 and typing HELO mydomain.com its taking
allot of time until i get an answer. but if i type HELO nba.com im
getting
the answer right away.
one more strange thing is that while trying to do troubleshooting the
problem got
fixed (i didn't changed anything - and its not the first time)
