[Exim] probleme reading mail from novel groupewise

hello,

I'm having a problem with one of my correspondant.

When they send us a mail, we can't read any attached file because of the
white line before X-Mailer (see header below)

I'm not sure what is the origin of the problem.

Is there something I can do to deal with this ?
