[Exim] Crazy rewrite

I need to rewrite addresses of the form:


user:domain@host

to

user@domain

I'm no expert at rewrite rules - I'm going to try this myself, but
figured I would ask here now in case I cant figure it out.. If I do get
it, I will post it back here in case anyone else is interested.
