Yes I have fallen into the terminoligy problem

a. for queue, I really meant spool

As far as the 3.10 manual is concerned "queue" is the acceptable
term. I appreciate that the term is now not the correct one to use.

b. message id, I took to mean "$h_message-id" but as has been pointed
out it really means 'message id' (as manual indicates)
