[Exim] Re: IRC/Stages.worm and system_filter.exim

I am using the standard Exim system filter and find that it works fine for
catching mail posted directly from my server, however it is not applied to
mail that is only being relayed.

ie. when my Exim server is used as a smart host by another server the
system-filter is not applied.

Is there a way to ensure that _all_ mail is passed through the filter?
