Added no_more to the page_user director, it now works the way it used to.
no_more must mean "no more" end with an error <duh>
Now to understand when to use it... I am learning!

exim -d 9 -b -bt some@??? = very VERY useful in understanding how
exim transverses the config file directors, transports etc.

sendmail has the debug output for individual rules... I just could not
get my sendmail brain to work in exim mode <duh>
