Thanks to everyone on the list for their suggestions and help.
The box we been working on will go online at noon today,
crossed fingers, toes and knock on wood.

The solution looks like an *: alias to
either a :freeze: or a real account, then we can
sort out what accounts we have missed from the 8 year old
130+ sendmail aliased/forwarded/virtusertable mess
domain setup we had.
