[Exim] local_domains

Hello,

2 questions about localdomains,

1.) if i have a somthing like:
       local_domains = /etc/local-domains : mysql; select somthing
    what happens if a match is found in "/etc/local-domains".
    does exim ever go on to the mysql query.

2.) is there - or will be - any possibility to defer a message if
    local_domains lookup fails?
