on the exim configuration:

rbl_reject_recipients = true
rbl_warn_header = true
sender_reject_recipients = "lsearch;/etc/exim/spammers_ar"
prohibition_message = "${lookup{$prohibition_reason}lsearch\
{/etc/exim/reject.messages}{$value}}"
and add the line to /etc/exim/reject.messages (or wherever you want):
rbl_reject: host RBL'd, please contact your system
administration or tech support
