[Exim] MySQL sender/recip Reject lookup

I am look at trying to figure out how to do sender/recip rejection based on
a query done against mysql but I have been unsuccessful at all attempts any
ideas on how to reject mail like so:

SELECT sender FROM reject_sender WHERE sender="${sender_address}" AND
recip="${local_part)@${domain}"


Any help on how to do this?
