[Exim] modemask

Spec says:

    modemask

    This specifies mode bits which must not be set for the alias file.
    If they are set, the director fails and the message is frozen.
                                                           ^^^^^^

However our system [Exim 3.14, Solaris7] seems to *defer* such messages.

Is this a minor documentation buglet ??
