Perhaps I'm better off with a warning message as which sent during a
delivery delay. The question is then how do I trigger this via the
system filter?

Hi all.
I know this is discouraged on the Exim spec because issues with MINE
content. I want to modify Nigel's system filter to just add some
warning text at the beginning of the message and deliver it anyways.
I'd look through all the examples and questions on the FAQ but found
no hints that I could adapt to my need. Could someone help?
