Only do this if mail2 (your NT box) is properly setup to either 1) only
queue or 2) be prepared to send the users who don't exist back to the mail
(linux server). But if it only queues then it may become some
configuration issue to figure out how it will know when real mail is
coming to it to be delivered? (I don't know Exchange.) If you choose to
send the unknown users back to the Linux box, then what will keep it from
being a loop?

Since you want the mail to first go to the Linux (mail) server, then if
user doesn't exist then send to the NT (mail2) server, I'd suggest that
you do not use this mail2 as the backup MX machine.
