[Exim] Outlook/Exchange Like Setup

Sorry for the off-topic.

I'm looking to store a lot of messages and also have some search
capabilities
like Outlook/Exchange combination. I thought of a back end database of sort
but I'm no programmer. I wonder if anyone could suggest something that
would
work on Linux.

One way I could think of is to have INN store the stuff and tin to read the
messages (with server store indexes). I would have to set up some sort of
mail-news gateway and of course Exim to deliver/receive mail. This I can
do.
