It means that a connection arrived from 196.7.177.58 and your
configuration is such that Exim needs to know what host name this
corresponds to. For example, you might have a setting such as
host_reject = *.some.thing
When it tried to find the host name by looking up the IP address, it
failed. So it couldn't find the name. So it doesn't know whether to
accept or reject. So, to be safe, it rejects. This is all in TFM
somewhere. It's also FAQ Q0029.
