[Exim] refused relay

Hi

Just what exactly does this error mean?

2000-05-09 14:11:42 refused relay (host) to <root@???> from
<pieterg@???
> H=(ecmss.org.za) [196.7.177.58] (failed to find host name from IP address)


failed to find host name from ip address??

But it found it??
