Try envelope_to_add = yes, and get the end user to configure his fetchmail to
look at the Envelope_To header. This normally solves this one.
ie:
defaults proto pop3
envelope Envelope-to
smtpaddress domain.com
in the fetchmailrc file.
The only gotcha is locally hosted mailing lists - be wary.
