[Exim] Relay Message Filtering?

Hi --

Yes, this is about the ILOVEYOU virus and its kin.

I have this scenario:

    [INTERNET] -> [EXIM BOX] -> [NT EXCHANGE SERVER]

I want to set up a simple mail relay/forward through the box running
EXIM to the Exchange server, but it absolutely must do message filtering.

When setting up relay_domains, messages go through without being
checked.

How can I force exim to bounce the message if it matches the system-wide
filter?
