[Exim] Frozen messages vs. sending to postmaster

Hi, correct me if I am wrong, but it seems to me that problem messages in
exim are frozen whereas in sendmail they are usually sent to postmaster. I
dont want to have to go through frozen messages, I would just prefer to
have the baddies sent to me right away so I can deal with them....

Is there a way to do this and I am just not doing it yet?
