[Exim] Admin power

Hi

Is there anyway I can cancel a message like using "exim -Mg message_id" ,
and maybe add a administrator message to the message being send back to the
person?

Like I want to say : "You are a very bad boy for e-mailing porn around."
How can I do that when maybe using "exim -Mg message_id" ?
