nullify:
driver = domainlist
senders = nobody@???
transport = devnull
route_list = *
and then you need a transport:
devnull:
driver = appendfile
file = /dev/null
user = exim
I have not tested this; it is off the top of my head.

It is highly important. They are run in order, so this one should
probably go *first*.
