Exim would probably handle this, but for these characteristics I would
wonder about using qmail or postfix. The only MTA where I know that
tests have been done for these delivery profiles is qmail.

I would love it if you were able to profile all three of these freely
available MTAs for this configuration :-)

[Unless of course this is spam in which case words wouldn't express my
feelings on such things, other than I wouldn't mind a chance to try
using the new data protection legislation against a spammer]
