You have missed out the {} that are required round the "success" value.
Try this:
bruker.epost='${local_part}@${domain}'} {${value}}fail}
I always feel that this kind of thing looks better if you omit
unnecessary {} for variables:
bruker.epost='$local_part@$domain'} {$value}fail}
