We're seing rejections. I thought that it was only implemented on certain
JANET/US links. The following is a small sample from today's rejection logs.
2000-03-08 13:06:25 recipients refused from bizniz.net [206.21.200.2] (RBL rbl.maps.vix.com)
2000-03-08 13:34:36 recipients refused from mail.nettec.co.uk [195.224.46.33] (RBL rbl.maps.vix.com)
2000-03-08 13:52:28 recipients refused from mail.aquinet.tm.fr [195.6.192.2] (RBL rbl.maps.vix.com)
