Is this the line from the /etc/aliases file?
:include: should be used like this:
alias: :include:/some/file
and /some/file would contain:
user1@domain1
user2@domain2
If you want just to use another alias file, you should duplicate
the system_aliases director (under a different name, such as
brijn_aliases)). You may want to add this line to the new
director:
domains = brijn.nu : *.brijn.nu
