Find out *why* it didn't work. Run

exim -d9 -bt x@domainA

and see why Exim is routing it to remote_smtp instead of
domainA_remote_smtp.

Not as far as I can see.

[If you are running tests through a daemon, you did remember to HUP it
after changing the config, didn't you?]
