[Exim] eXimon is out for the grab!

Get the new (and hopefully improved) beta version at:

    ftp://ftp.exim.org/pub/eXimon/

This offers some sort of support for a lot of frozen messages.

This is beta and so far works fine under Linux. It might -- or not --
work anywhere else.

Comments, patches, suggestions and bugs are welcome.
