This is an error caused by the remote host refusing your message. It is
insisting that your sending IP address be reverse-registered in the DNS
so it can find the host name. There appears to be no registration for
195.182.95.73.

So it this. The remote host is checking your sender address, which presumably
is non-existant.

Neither of these are direct Exim issues.
