Well, from my reading of the debug information, it is not the sender's
fault.

... the configuration routes it to mx.nkm.lt.

... that's it. The receiving host has accepted it. It's no longer the
responsibility of the sending host.

... Exim logs what it did.


You need to contact the person in charge of mx.nkm.lt [193.219.211.9] to
find out what happened to this message. They may need to know the
information "rulz 949610518 qp 9124", which was sent at the end of the
transaction.
