protevt hte innocents:
"dear mr mail delivery system
i would like to say thankyou for the mail delivery failiure notice. i
found it very useful. i would also like to congradulate you on doing
such a fabulous job.
love from XXXX"
now, isn't that worth sending information to users? *grin*
