Someone mentioned ATRN before. Because of the way Exim is designed, it
would need a very great deal of work to implement it, and I suspect much
internal re-design. For a start, Exim doesn't keep queues of messages
for specific hosts.
However, an interface to some other system that is managing the queued
mail might be a possibility. ATRN passes the socket to some other
program which has got the mail in files (written by Exim).
