Can't really help because the message has been mangled. What I see is

which doesn't contain any non-printing characters. But something has
apparently translated it to "quoted printable", thus wrecking it.

print_topbitchars allows characters > 127. (I don't suppose you changed
the configuration and forgot to HUP the daemon?)
