I posted a mail to the list recently, saying that the locking options on
mbx_format were "broken". Phil agreed that there was a bug, but my
workaround of:
local_delivery:
driver = appendfile
file = LOOKUP_BOXDIR/MATCH_FOLDER

envelope_to_add
return_path_add
from_hack
no_use_fcntl_lock
no_use_lockfile
use_mbx_lock
mbx_format
works for me.
