[Exim] filter files

    I've been talking to a friend who's trying to setup filter
files. He seems sure that exim should pick up ~/.exim/* for
filterfiles. I've been trying to convince him this is probably just a
local customisation someone made once because I can't find it in the
documentation anywhere.
