If you're referring to ok.orbs.org, you need to bear this kind of
scenario in mind:

Admin blocks ORBS tester, then files his hosts for checking.
ORBS tester cannot relay through hosts, so marks them OK
Spammers later find that at least one of the "OK" hosts is wide open.

or

Admin receives ORBS notice of open relay and blocks the tester instead
of patching it, then files it as fixed. The tester subsequently marks it
as OK.


A host being listed as OK by ORBS is no guarantee that it's alright.
There are currently around 1200 entries in MAPS RSS which are also in
ok.orbs.org.
