RadParker is what RSS was before it became associated with the MAPS group.
You really should use RSS only. It's the Relay Spam Stopper and details
can be found at
http://www.mail-abuse.org
In short they only list open relays that have actively been spammed
through, and they keep copies of the spam that was relayed through them on
hand as proof. In my mind there is a fair bit more accountability and
legitimacy with RSS than with ORBS.
