[Exim] dynamically loadable lookups

Hi,

I've started working on a patch for dynamically loadable lookup types-
this is unashamedly aimed at Debian, where Exim is an 'important'
package, but having it depend on libopenldap1 and libmysqlclient6 is
unfortunate. And this list of libararies introduced for lookup types
could easily increase (PostgreSQL/mSQL lookups etc.) However, other
packagers may find it useful too.

I should imagine most people wouldn't use it, though.

I'm going through contortions to fit it into the build system
though... is there a particular reason for Exim not using autoconf?
