I am finally getting around to making the big move, and see that the
tarball for exim 3.12 does not appear to have the script for converting
pre-3.00 configure files, at least not the script mentioned in
README.UPDATING
I don't need it straight away (and that part of my config is simple enough
that I could easily do it by hand anyway).
