the RSS is run right along side "RBL classic" at mail-abuse.org.
the following exim config file line tests the RBL and the RSS:
rbl_domains = rbl.maps.vix.com:relays.mail-abuse.org
the RSS is a much smaller list than ORBS; it simply lists open relays that
are known to be in use sending spam. ORBS engages in active port
scanning/testing which some admins (myself included) believe crosses the line.
