[Exim] rbl_reject_except

Hi!

rbl_reject_except examples are in the docs usually given as
"postmaster@domain". While this is fine for systems that only have a single
local domain, it might be desireable to have that option match local part
"postmaster" in all domains that are considered local. Is that currently
possible?
