[Exim] pop3 relaying theough exim

Hi all,

What do I need to do if I want to allow a group of addresses permission to
relay through my server?

For example, 172.16.4.x to be able to relay through my server. The server
sits on on the 172.17.1.x network.

I am using exim-3.11
