[Exim] more list administrivia...

Current status... mail and web works OK. ftp doesn't, rsync should,
some automatic updates won't :-(

I also managed to break the list so that some mail between 20:30 and
21:30 (arriving on the exim box) was lost - my grovelling apologies -
its an interesting mailman "feature".
