The exim.org machine was down earlier in the day, and the web server on
it down for most of the day, although it should all be working now.
The problem was a load based one, due to a mad indexer hitting the box
as hard as the 100BaseT port would deliver data - its only a little box
and not made for such abuse and this sort of thing shows up bugs in the
ethernet driver.
