No, I don't think Exim has all the capabilities procmail has. But procmail
may not be necessary for most systems.
As this is not very fundamental (it is notting more than a configuration
file change) I don't want to create two separate RPMs for it.
I think RPM is almost exclusively used on Linux systems. Which
distributions use procmail by default?
