accept() was returning an error - this is an OS problem, not an exim
one.

You also need to do two things:-

 1. Add an smtp_accept_max_per_host option, which will stop any single
    IP address starting more than the specified number of simultaneous
    connections - 10 is often the right sort of number to have


2. Get your baseball bat out of the closet and go luser hunting.
