I remember someone having an Exim -config- problem which I couldn't help
with (I don't think it was you)... I don't remember seeing this bounce
error report before (though it might have been during that time when JT
was gone and I was massively busy, or something).

The only thing _I_ can think of offhand is that somehow an empty SMTP
failure log is being generated.  That shouldn't happen - I just tried
everything I could think of to generate weird SMTP errors, but it worked
correctly.  However, you're using a much older version of Listar; I'd
recommend going to the current nightly snapshot (it's actually the most
stable build)... the Bouncer has been heavily rewritten.
