My equiv of /relaying/hosts contains IP addresses, not hostnames.
What eventually worked for me was a line like:
host_accept_relay = "net-lsearch;/relaying/hosts"
lsearch,net32-lsearch and just listing the filename didn't work,
and I still don't completely understand why :)
Exim is great, but sometimes is just as cryptic as sendmail rulesets.
