On a slightly differnet note: you can set up a filter that will reject
any mail which are not personal -- see filter doc. If you make sure all
your mailing lists are saved in folders/wherever before checking for
personal, then most/all spam will actully go to /dev/null.

Of course, this is completly unfeasable for ISP, as that would require
users to be clued in the art of filtering email... besides I realy don't
see any ISP letting their users use forward/filtering on server base
mail.
