Gee. Wouldn't be the first time. I'm actually surprised they're accepting
EHLO now. They used to advertise ESMTP and then refuse the EHLO. It took
them almost a year after I noticed and reported it to them for them to fix
that.

Somewhere I have a contact address for someone inside hotmail. I'll
forward Philip's mail explaining the problem, and then maybe next year at
this time, it'll be fixed and we can find something new wrong with hotmail.
